OLD BELIEVE

Today I went to a bussiness networking dinner. In one of my conversation, there is this girl that stand by her believe that 'REAL, PURE,GOOD' bird's nest is:

1. FULL of feather.
2. Have GREAT aroma.
3. Have GREAT texture.

The above is true for Cave Nest, try as I might to explain, she just can't accept that there are others nest (HOUSE NEST) which is just as good, and fresher, and cleaner, but without the about 'qualities'.

Some comparision between Cave Nest (CN) and House Nest (HN):

CN is general dirtier than HN (no one clean out the cave for centuries, while professionally managed bird's house have scheduled cleaning)
CN is prone to contamination by untraceble pollutants, HN is from controlled environment.
CN's higher minerals and protein content does not means better nutritional contribution. High contents of certain mineral is actually harmful to health in long run.
CN have two type, white and black, which are from different species of swiftlets. The latter being very 'dirty' and require chemicals washing. (EVEN the WHITE CN sometime needs 'chemicals wash').
CN harvesting is 'harmful' to both people and swiftles, HN harvesting is more 'friendly'.

I just hope people can consider with an open mind and be fair to both CN and HN.
