Women (and Men) should not just be dreaming but to take ACTUAL steps in building her/his dream.
Of course, the DREAM must be define first, and there are many gurus out there to help.
DREAM and than TAKE ACTION.
No matter how small the action at first, JUST TAKE IT. One thing will lead to another and before you know it, you will be closer and closer to that dream.
